The starting date for submitting new applications is from today, Tuesday, January 16, and applications can be submitted until the available amount is used up.
The possibility of submitting additional applications through the reallocation of resources, amounting to 6.4 million euros, to the “Moving Electric II” program, is provided after the implementation of the Joint Ministerial Decision number 358265/Î’’ 6700/27-11-2023.
In particular, according to an announcement by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, the changes made to the subsidy program “Move Electric 2” through the aforementioned KYA, which sets a deadline of 45 days for the submission of a vehicle order form by the beneficiary, with an advance payment or agreement time-leasing with an advance payment, give the Ministry the possibility to use the available funds in an optimal way.
With the expiry of the above deadline of 45 days for applications that had been subject to admission decisions until 27/11/2023, it was found that of the 5,832 applicants, who had to submit the above supporting documents, 3,040 did not respond. Their applications were rejected, with the result that an amount of 6,392,916.37 euros was released for new applications.
