Only disgust and outcry can be caused by the incident that occurred on Thursday in a sheepfold between Pretoria and Ligortyno during an animal theft involving two young men from the village of Monofatsi, 26 and 21 years old respectively. The baser instincts of people are chilling and make you wonder how far a person can go, and a very young one at that.

Based on what police circles describe, one of the perpetrators, the 26-year-old, approaches the dog, puts a rope around its neck and hangs it from an iron beam. He squirms as he cools down and another little dog cries right below.

The camera was placed by the owner of the sheepfold indoors and thus the horrific scene that unfolded on Thursday has been recorded frame by frame.
