The 50-year-old father is being taken to Larissa prisons for temporary detention who a few days ago had shot his 33-year-old brother-in-law in Volos, because the victim had allegedly been raping his daughter since she was 9 years old, as she has reported. According to information, the request of the defense lawyer Mr. Mich. Vasilikou, to be remanded in prison in Larissa, so that his family can see him.

The decision of the Council of Misdemeanors of Volos was announced late in the afternoon, after finally the members of the Council they adopted the proposal of the prosecutor and decided on the temporary detention of the 50-year-old, who until today was under house arrest due to the disagreement between the prosecutor and the investigator and thus the 50-year-old is now following the road to prison.

The 50-year-old, of Albanian origin, killed the 33-year-old with a hunting rifle, outside the industrial facilities of AGET, shooting him in the abdomen on contact, and immediately afterwards informed the police where he surrendered. The occasion for the scene was the revelation by his 18-year-old daughter, who is now 18, that the 33-year-old brother of his second wife had been raping her since she was 9 years old and had recently been blackmailing her by asking her for money not to release video material.
