A prison sentence of two years and one month without parole was imposed by the Athens Single-member Misdemeanor Court on the former leader of the “Conspiracy of Fire Cores”.

The defendant will be sent to prison to serve the entire sentence.

He was previously charged with two misdemeanors.

These are the misdemeanors of violating the Weapons Act and possession of drugs for personal use.

The two members of the Navy’s Underwater Disaster Unit are being referred to the Naval Court prosecutor, one on a felony charge of the explosives and the other on a misdemeanor violation of the weapons law.

At the same time, criminal proceedings were brought against the fourth defendant, a porter, for a misdemeanor violation of the Weapons Act.
