Two men were arrested for the rioting that took place on Saturday night at a baptism party in Heraklion, Crete.

The party took place in a shop in the area of ​​Malevizi Municipality and there were so many shots that after the party they collected the casings in bags!

There are hundreds of bullets, some from Kalashnikovs, while several guests – as the shooting continued for a long time and the situation had gotten out of hand – took their families and children and left the party.

The police proceeded to arrest the 36-year-old owner of the place and the 55-year-old father of the child who was baptized.

With a prosecutor’s order, the owner was released, who reportedly told officers he didn’t notice because he was engrossed in serving the crowd at the event.

The 55-year-old father remains in custody and is expected to be brought to justice, while the case file that is being formed concerns violations of the law on weapons and unnecessary shootings.

The preliminary investigation is being carried out by the Second Police Department of Heraklion, while the arrested father is expected to be brought before the judicial authorities.
