The procedures for the selection of new administrations in the country’s hospitals and Health Regions are progressing, with the conduct of the skills test just around the corner.

Pursuant to the Kerameos Law for the selection and evaluation of new administrations in the State, ASEP issued a notice informing the candidates for the 152 positions of Governors and deputy Governors in 95 hospitals as well as for the 21 positions of Governors and Deputy Governors of the Health Regions of the country, both for the subjects and for the procedure of conducting the test.

As noted, the written skills test will be conducted in person and with the use of computers. The skills to be tested relate to reasoning, efficiency and the ability to respond to the demands of positions of responsibility. The examination will be common to candidates for posts in Hospitals and Health Districts.

The first 15 candidates for each position will proceed to the next phase of the process, while the score they receive will then be counted, together with the other criteria provided for in the law, for the drawing up of the tables for both calls.

The candidate examination schedule will be posted on the ASEP website (www.asep.gr) in the near future.

The online written exam will include three test sections: Productive Reasoning, Deductive Reasoning and Work Scenario Management.

The examination for the first two sections, Productive Reasoning and Inductive Reasoning, will be carried out through adaptive tests (Computerized Adaptive Testing – CAT) that will include multiple-choice questions and/or other closed-type questions.
The examination for the third section of the Management of Work Scenarios will include multiple-choice questions concerning the simulation of work situations, which will be graded equivalent to each other.

HERE you will find the relevant ASEP announcement and examples of the questions of the tender process.
