Traffic regulations today due to the concentration of taxi drivers
Traffic regulations today in Athens due to the protest march by taxi drivers to the Ministry of Transport.
The taxi drivers are expected to gather at Spyrou Patsis Street at 10:30 and will then head to the Ministry of Transport.
As emphasized in the relevant announcement, the Greek Police will take measures to decongest traffic by making diversions and traffic interruptions, where necessary, along the route.
In particular, there will be traffic regulations from Spyrou Patsis streetwhere the TAXIS will gather, and then successive traffic arrangements on the route through Athens Avenue, Karaiskaki Square, Marni, Patision, Alexandra Avenue as well as in Mesogeion Avenueup to the Ministry of Transport.
ELAS appeals to the drivers of vehicles to avoid moving on the above roads until the completion of the mobilization.

No metro tomorrow due to ADEDY strike
Movements in Athens will be hampered tomorrow, Wednesday, February 28 – the day the ADEDY strike will be held – as one after another the unions of workers in the transport sector announce mobilizations.
Specifically, decisions on how the Mass Transport (MTM) will operate are taken by the trade union bodies of urban and long-distance transport workers.
Without subway Athens will remain on Wednesday, 28/2, as 7 unions participate in the ADEDY 24-hour strike.

No flights
