His criminal case file arrived at the presidium of the Parliament’s investigation committee today Appellant Investigator of Larisa on the train accident in Tempe, following a request, in order to make it available to its members.
The case file includes: 1) petitions, 2) witness examination reports, 3) findings of expert reports, 4) conclusion of the Committee of Experts on the railway accident.
The MPs – members of the committee – will have the opportunity, from tomorrow Thursday, to study the relevant material, in a specially designed room, to take notes in order to evaluate the data and decide whether to include any part of it in their conclusion, however not they will be able to take a copy with them.
What remains to be clarified is whether the commission’s work will be extended, so that the parliamentary groups have more time to draw up their findings, based on the new data.
Following a relevant decision of the examination committee, the representatives of the parties have been invited to submit their findings on March 8, in order for them to be discussed on March 11. However, according to information, the possibility of extending these deadlines is open.
