Today, Sunday, from 8 am, the 10 arrested for the organization will be released “Revenge Conspiracy”.

Those arrested have been charged by the Prosecutor’s Office six heavy charges on a felony count and a five misdemeanor count, relating to the action of a terrorist organization.

Against the 10 defendants, four of whom are prison inmates, criminal proceedings have been brought, which, as the case may be, concern the felony offenses of:

  • Management, integration and formation of a criminal organization
  • Terrorist act of attempted murder
  • Terrorist act of explosion in succession committed and attempted
  • Terrorist act of manufacturing, possessing and supplying explosives
  • Terrorist act of distinguished weapon possession and
  • Terrorist act of aggravated assault.

Also the prosecution concerns and the misdemeanors of supporting a terrorist organization, incitement to commit a terrorist act, unlawful violence against judicial officers, unlawful possession of a shotgun and unlawful possession of narcotics for personal use.
