The 70-year-old in his statement before him Mixed Court of Appeal of Thessaloniki he admitted some of his actions and was again found guilty of attempted sexual abuse of a person unable to resist. The same sentence had been imposed on him at first instance but he was released before the Court of Appeal. After the new conviction he is asked to serve his sentence in prison.
