Tan Tan, voted the 56th best bar in the world in an extended list of the 50 Best awards, has just renewed its drinks menu.
The house in Pinheiros, founded in 2015 by Thiago Bañares, was also in 61st place in the latest Top 500 Bars awards, achieving the best position for a Brazilian bar in both rankings.

The new menu, created by head bartender Caio Carvalhaes with the bar team, features 14 signature cocktails, classified into five categories, which aim to make it easier for the public to navigate the world of cocktails.
The categories are coolers and highballs, daisies and sours, martinis, aperitifs and mocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks. In the first line, of refreshing and carbonated drinks, there are suggestions such as curupira (R$ 47), prepared with Tanqueray dry, cambuci bubbly, mint and cumaru.
In the group of sweet drinks with present acidity (daisy and sours), the highlight is the so-called island of fear (R$ 47), made with aged cachaça, amburana, cocoa honey, lemon and spices. Between the martinis, Mr. Igarashi (R$49) has a mix of wheat sochu, Ketel One vodka, dry white vermouth, elderflower liqueur and cashew.
Ten classics complete the menu. The lounge has also been renovated and includes a new counter, from which you can see drinks being prepared up close.
The food menu, which lists 15 options to accompany drinks, also gained new features, such as kinoko men (R$85), fried noodles with mushroom sauce and Cantonese broccoli.
The 55 seats in the house are usually contested, so the tip is to plan ahead and make a reservation before visiting.
