DSA: 46 months after the trial, the Court of First Instance has not issued a decision

THE Athens Bar Association sent a letter to his leadership Supreme Court which also notified the Minister of Justice, for no decision from Athens Court of First Instance despite the fact that they have passed so far 46 months from the day of its discussion case at the audience.

In particular, the case concerned a loan of 200,000 euros that took place in 2002 and the loans were never repaid despite the out-of-court settlements etc. that were exchanged between the parties.

This case was discussed on 18.4.2019 in the Single Member Court of First Instance of Athens, without a decision being issued so far, despite the fact that almost four years have passed since then.

THE Lawyer The Athens Bar Association filed a complaint with the Athens Bar Association, which in turn sent a written report to the President of the Supreme Court, Maria Georgiou, to the Prosecutor of the Supreme Court, Vassilis Pliotas, and to the President of the Court’s Review Board, Supreme Court Maria Nikolakea, while notifying the controversial report to the Minister of Justice Konstantinos Tsiaras.
