The trial for the case of the 12-year-old girl from Colonos is reminded that takes place behind closed doors and today will continue with the purchases of lawyers.

It is recalled that the prosecutor proposed her acquittal of the now 56-year-old shopkeeper in Colonos for its main categories rapeher pimping in almshouses, and
of coercive pimping with proceeds of prostitution as apparently not proven at trial. At the same time, the prosecutor was involved inabout the guilt of the mother of the 12-year-old. Especially according to the prosecutor’s proposal the minor’s mother must be found guilty of aggravated pornography, as she is alleged to have distributed material of the minor to her co-accused in the distinguished case of pimping, with the aggravating circumstance that she herself is the person who has custody and care of the minor.

In the event that the court, which will have the final judgment, adopts the prosecutor’s proposal, the sentence that will be imposed on the 55-year-old will not be more than 20 years, in contrast to rape, which carries a life sentence.
