SubAstor, which returned to the extended list of 50 Best Bars in 2023 – a ranking that brings together the best establishments in the world between 51st and 100th positions – celebrates 15 years in 2024 and will have events to celebrate the date starting on Thursday ( 4). The bar offers recipes and drinks inspired by the six Brazilian biomes, such as the Amazon, the Pantanal and the Pampas.
Drink SUBintentions –
“SUBIntenções” will take place at the Paulista unit and will offer a cocktail with Don Julio tequila and Alex Sepulchro’s signature (R$ 47). On the menu, you can try steak tartare and eggplant canapés, as well as meat and peach palm croquettes (R$59).
The event will take place every first Thursday of the month throughout this year and will also feature guest artists to play Brazilian songs. On the 4th, from 7pm, the public will be able to listen to DJ Caio Formiga’s sets. There will be no cover charge.
Other new features include a new drinks menu and an invitation for renowned bartenders in Brazil and around the world to participate. Further details have not yet been released.
