Says @baketheclick: And of course the brownie is served with ice cream and extra melted chocolate that as soon as it touches the ice cream, it becomes super crunchy!

For 9 large pieces you will need:

175 g butter 175 g chocolate 20 g. cocoa Zest from 1 orange 3 eggs 150 g brown sugar 100 g. flour p.o.c. 50 gr. ground pistachios 40 g. melted dark chocolate (for coating) Extra chopped pistachios (for coating)

How to make it:

1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. 2. Add the butter, cocoa and zest to the chocolate. 3. Use a hand mixer to beat the eggs with the sugar until they become frothy. 4. Carefully combine the two mixtures. 5. Sift the flour and add it to the wet mixture. 6. Stir gently with a spatula, so that the mixture does not lose its volume. 7. Finally add the grated peanuts and mix a little more. 8. In a 24 x 24 cm pan or pyrex, cover with non-stick paper and place the mixture. You spread the surface with a spoon so that it is distributed equally everywhere. 9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for twenty minutes. 10. Serve with ice cream and extra melted chocolate.
