According to the Traffic Authority, from 6 am on Maundy Thursday to 6 pm, 49,300 cars passed from Athens-Corinth and 35,009 from Athens-Lamia, i.e. a total of 84,309 vehicles.
In the corresponding period last year, 45,547 vehicles left for Corinth and 34,765 for Lamia.
