One of the pioneering ramen houses in São Paulo, Jojo Ramen is completing eight years. To celebrate the date, chef Janaína Suárez invited renowned chefs from the city to create ramen recipes especially for the occasion.

On the 14th and 21st of May, respectively, chefs Tássia Magalhães, from Nelita —voted the best restaurant in São Paulo—, and Mara Salles, from Tordesilhas, will create, together with Suárez, an exclusive dish with their identity, incorporating flavors of Japanese cuisine.
The celebrations began last Tuesday (7), when chef Telma Shiraishi, from Aziomê, was at Jojo’s unit in Vila Mariana, where she served Kamo Nanban Ramen, a classic Japanese combination of grilled duck breast and neganegi (Japanese chives). ). The dishes are available in the units in which each chef participates throughout the week.
On May 14th, it will be Tássia’s turn to take over the kitchen at the Paraíso unit. Specializing in Brazilian cuisine, Salles will end the celebrations on the night of the 21st, at the Santa Cecília unit.
In addition to the chefs’ gastronomic creations, sake sommelier Yasmin Yonashiro and bartender Rodolfo Bob will also create special drinks to pair with each of the recipes.
