The main concern of EL.AS. is to avoid any meeting between PAOK and Ari fans.
The measures to ban gatherings and fan marches announced by the General Police Directorate of Thessaloniki have been put into full effect.
A few hours before the scheduled gathering of PAOK fans in Kamara (15:30), for the derby with Aris, strong police forces have been deployed in the square.
In the square of Kamara there are two-cycles of EL.AS. and YMET platoons, while Police cages have been installed nearby.
At the scene there are individual sports fans with PAOK badges, who are being removed by the police.
According to the call of the Associations of PAOK Friends, the fans of Dikephalos will march from Kamara to the Makedonia Palace hotel, where the “black and white” team spends the night. The fans will then head in concert to the Toumba stadium, where they will watch the derby on a giant screen.
In the city center as well as in points of interest, there will be strong police forces throughout the day, due to the Thessaloniki derby at the “Kleanthis Vikelidis” stadium.
The main concern of EL.AS. is to avoid any meeting between PAOK and Aris fans.
