In a sequel to the movie “The Godfather”, in a Cretan version, they refer to the allegations in the case of the planned murder of a 39-year-old Greek womanmother of two small children, and an Israeli investor, in southern Rethymnon. A thriller case, as Cretalive.gr wrote from the first moment, and which has already taken the path of judicial investigation after the arrest of three Cretans, the 41-year-old husband of the 39-year-old woman, one of their best men and a mutual friend of theirs, who allegedly had agree and plan together to kill the Israeli businessman and the young mother at different times, to “cement” their bodies and stage their deliberate escape.

A 24-year-old Palestinian, who worked for the couple and the Israeli, was allegedly “recruited” as the natural mastermind in their murderous plan, with the lure of money and his family’s flight from war-torn Gaza.

What is described and complained about in the depositions, which those arrested vehemently deny, refer, according to the secure information Cretalive.gr has at its disposal, to “Camorra” and to people who have no moral inhibitions and barriers. Cocaine, Kalashnikovs, death contracts, executions, secret meetings, secret tapes, hangings and acid disappearances.

The key figure in the thoroughly investigated thriller case is the 24-year-old Palestinian and the role he ultimately played. The young foreigner who appears to have been approached by the 41-year-old Cretan husband and two other Cretans, friends of the former, claims that initially the plan was to kill the Israeli, while very quickly the 39-year-old mother was also included.

THE 24 year old Palestinians claims that he was savagely squeezed by the three and very quickly realized that they were not playing. He even appears almost certain that there would be a third body in the case, his own. They wouldn’t let him live after he knew.

When the Palestinian saved the Israeli…

Media sources say that the 24-year-old, realizing the mortal danger the two were in, decided to warn them, realizing that even if he refused, they would recruit someone else to kill them.

So the Palestinian appears to save the Israeli and the 39-year-old mother. She calls him, they meet in Heraklion, she reveals to him the plans of the three, he doesn’t believe him or can’t believe him and so they buy a tape recorder to secretly record them.

In the meantime, the Israeli has discreetly alerted the 39-year-old, informing her that it is a matter of life and death, and a few hours later the tangle begins to unravel at a hotel in Rethymno where the 24-year-old Palestinian also arrives with some recorded conversations.

The case, as mentioned above, took the path of justice. A thriller case, with dark aspects and question marks that we all now follow with interest in terms of its development and the criminal treatment of the three defendants.
