The TAIPEDa member company of the Superfund, received today, Thursday, June 13, three (3) offers for the development of the “Agia Triada Beach and Camping” property, with a total area of ​​161,456.84 sq.m., located in the Municipality of Thermaikos of the Regional Unity of Thessaloniki , Region of Central Macedonia.

Bids were submitted in the following formats (in alphabetical order):

• Antonios Hyakinthos.
• INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT MAE
• MATENISA TRADING CO.

The process of evaluating the offers in terms of fulfilling the criteria in accordance with the provisions of the tender conditions will start immediately, while at the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Fund, the offers will be unsealed, following all the prescribed procedures.

According to the Special Spatial Development Plan (SSP) that has been drawn up, the general spatial destination of the property is defined as “mixed use” and is specialized by zone in the development of “Holiday – Tourist Village” and “Tourism – Recreation” uses. These uses include, among other things, the creation of tourist accommodation, holiday homes, catering & leisure facilities and sports and cultural facilities.

The Municipality of Thermaikos will be granted a total of 50% of the area of ​​the property with the use zone “Tourist – Holiday Village” (50,000 m2), after the investor will first complete the construction of the shared infrastructure. In addition, within the area that will be granted to the Municipality, the creation of a school unit (4,000 sq.m.) is planned. These interventions, combined with the demarcated forest area, approximately 23,000 sq.m., create significant prospects for upgrading the public space in the area for the benefit of the local community, while the utilization of the property will contribute to highlighting the beach front.
