Order for a rapid and in-depth investigation by the Prosecutor of the Supreme Court Georgia Adelini to the Director of the Athens Court of First Instance
The Prosecutor of the Supreme Court, Georgia Adelini, sent an order for a rapid and in-depth investigation to the Director of the Athens First Instance Prosecutor’s Office, following complaints by the President of HELLENIC SOLUTION Kyriakos Velopoulos and former MEP Mr. Georgios Kyrtsos about “fraud” during the recent election.

Following the from 13/6/2024 with no. prot. AP.69/13-6-2024 of the report of the Deputy Minister of the Interior Mr. Thodoris Livaniou, with which he requests the investigation of the complaints of the President of HELLENIC SOLUTION Mr. Kyriakos Velopoulos and the former MEP Mr. Georgios Kyrtsos regarding ” fraud” during the recent election contest, and in view of the fact that it is self-evident that the need for a rapid and in-depth investigation of the above-mentioned complaints is obvious, we ask for your own actions and for our relevant information.-
