Chef Renata Vanzetto opened, last Friday (7), her new restaurant, Mamma Vanzetto, in Jardins, in São Paulo. The project arose from her desire to have a traveling restaurant, with a new project every two years.

The establishment opened in the same space as his former restaurant, Mico, which closed in April this year. Unlike its predecessor, Mamma Vanzetto will be a restaurant and bar, with an informal space and a central bar in the environment.
The new restaurant’s menu is inspired by Italian cuisine, with dishes that Renata usually cooks at home, such as pasta, meat and pizza. One of the highlights is the tuna crudo with tomato, basil oil and mujol roe (R$ 65). The place’s logo was written by Ziggy, the chef’s 5-year-old son.
