If you belong to those, the many, who do not easily resist a tasty pasta and many times you are forced to deprive yourself of your favorite taste thinking about the calories you will have to burn afterwards, there are solutions for everything.

THE Carbonara which is certainly one of the most favorite recipes of macaroni everywhere, but in addition to its distinct taste – which lies, anyway, in the saying “about appetite pumpkin pie” – includes the – as if serious – “issue” with calories and so, at one point it falls into the category of “Not Jizz”!

More than 800 calories for each restaurant portion – which you wouldn’t call rich in quotas – the experts give, but don’t panic. There is a way to download them to your liking. Maybe even in… half to be precise. Here’s how.

First, we give you the ingredients you need to make a normal carbonara in its most full-flavored version, and immediately below, the ones that will help you make its lightest version.

To cook a typical carbonara recipe you will need:

1/2 kilo of spaghetti spaghetti
250 gr. bacon
250 gr. parmesan cheese
2 spoons of butter
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup full cream
Pepper
Nutmeg

For the light version, keep the spaghetti, but try changing it to wholemeal, completely forget the butter and try the following alternatives:

100 gr. bacon + 1 cup mushrooms
3 spoons of Parmesan cheese
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream.
And bon appetit.
