The well-known lawyer is taken to Korydallos prisons Apostolos Lytras after replacing the restrictive conditions that had been imposed on him as the investigator ordered his temporary detention for the brutal beating of the wife of Sofia Polyzogopoulos.

The temporary detention of Apostolos Lytras was decided by the competent authorities on the grounds that he violated them and furthermore because he was considered a suspect of absconding as when he was searched in the context of an automatic procedure following a lawsuit by his abused wife he did not appear to the authorities.

Initially, the investigator Christina Salapa and the competent prosecutor, after the apology of Apostolos Lytras for the serious injury of his wife, he was released with restrictive conditions, the obligation to move from his house, where he lived with his wife, the obligation not to approach her or her threatens and also with the obligation to attend a program of a therapeutic nature in order not to manifest violent behavior again.

These conditions, after a lawsuit filed by the victim of the abuse, Sofia Polyzogopoulou, were judged not to have been met as she felt threatened by her husband’s messages and also his relatives (his ex-wife and a lawyer from his office) went to the house where the victim lives and demanded entry to take the lawyer’s personal belongings and money.

This episode resulted in the filing of lawsuits against Lytras and his ex-wife who will be tried in the Autoforo on the 29th of the month, while the accused lawyer, although he had been sought in the context of the autoforo, did not appear. As a consequence of all this, the investigator decided that the conditions had been violated and late on Wednesday afternoon issued a warrant for his arrest, with the result that in a short time Apostolos Lytras voluntarily appeared at the police station in the area of ​​Palini. He then also filed a lawsuit against his abused wife, who was brought to the department and released until she is tried with the special procedure provided for lawyers who are tried by the appeal court like Apostolos Lytras with the same procedure after the lawsuit you were suffering from her.
