According to information, the elderly couple did not want the Police to be notified, while the woman refused to undergo an examination. When questioned by police, the elderly woman reported that the 82-year-old slipped and fell in the bathtub while he was alone in their home, while they decided to call EKAV because her husband was feeling dizzy.
The defendant denies the accusation, while he reportedly mentioned that there had been an argument with his father and then he locked himself in his bedroom.
