CCTV, critical information after the murder, and confirmation of his movement on the murder’s black scooter have apparently unmasked the 44-year-old arrested in the cold-blooded killing of the 54-year-old surveyor in Psychiko.

As reported by SKAI reporter Panagiotis Spyropoulos, one day before the execution of the 54-year-old in the context of target detection, and after the murder, the 44-year-old with the black scooter ended up in the underground parking lot of an apartment building in Zografou that belongs to his sister. From there, after the murder, he left after changing his clothes, with a large displacement motorcycle which although belongs to a company active in Agrinio, however he allegedly used it himself in order to avoid the search from immediate action, as they had the descriptions of both black scooter as well as his clothing. He headed to his partner’s house in Psychiko, and a few hours later he went again to the underground parking lot in Zografou. He appears to be leaving in a car, followed by an unknown person, with the murder’s black scooter, possibly the 2 guns to make them disappear. ELAS is investigating to locate the unknown person.

Officers from the Crimes Against Life division proceeded to arrest him so that valuable evidence of the investigation would not be lost, and not out of fear that he would flee abroad.

At a parallel stage, the relevant officers are searching the moral perpetrator of the murder of the surveyor, with one of the suspects active in Mykonos, in the real estate sector. In this context, the partner of the 44-year-old, testified that he knows the suspect of moral turpitude, and indeed that her partner had met him at least twice in Mykonos last Easter to discuss business as he typically said. It is noted that in the apartment building in which she lives, and the 44-year-old was arrested, the brother of the partner of the main suspect for moral turpitude also lives.
