What Nikos Hardalias said about the extortion of shops in Attica – What he said after his report to the Prosecutor’s Office

Complaint against everyone responsible for the case of extortion at the expense of store owners in which public servants also participated, the regional governor of Attica filed with the prosecutors’ authorities Nikos Hardalias who also communicated it to the Prosecutor of the Supreme Court in order for them to be investigated all over a five-year period the categories that have been formulated and concern critical health control services as well as other municipal or similar services in the Region.
After his report to the prosecutor’s authorities, Mr. Hardalias said, among other things: “We want an in-depth investigation. The quote will be broken. Let justice intervene so that we can end forever those systems that hurt the common citizen. I have confidence in my services, the vast majority are honest people. I am here to put an end to all that hurts citizens. Everyone makes reports from time to time but no one went to the prosecutor. We are talking about the last five years. I am not going to make any deductions, everyone should learn to respect the last euro paid by the tax-paying citizen.”
