The process of selecting agencies from the beneficiaries of its special employment program started today LARCO as announced by DOUBLE.

Specifically, the former employees after coming to KEmployment Promotion Fund (KPA2) of DYPA and choose between 1,132 positions offered by 26 institutions, will be indicated to the institutions through a letter of recommendation and will come to the host institution within 5 working days. The agency, within 20 calendar days, will proceed with the recruitment.

The offered positions cover a wide range of specialties and are extended to the Greek territory. Among the host bodies are: Regions, Municipalities, Hospitals, Health Centers, Universities and other Legal Entities under Public Law.

The budget of the program amounts to 60 million euros and the goal is the creation of 856 new jobs, full-time in the public sector, according to Decree No. 31178/08-05-2024 KYA (Government Gazette B’ 2686).

The total duration of subsidized employment is: a) up to 24 months for beneficiaries up to 54 years of age and b) up to 7 years for beneficiaries 55 years of age and older. The gross monthly earnings amount to 1,210 euros.

In particular, beneficiaries aged 55 and over can be employed in the following host organizations:

1. Municipality of Aliartou

2. Municipality of Thebes

3. Municipality of Levadea

4. Municipality of Orchomenos

5. Municipality of Chalkidea

6. Municipality of Kymi-Aliveri

7. Municipality of Dirfyon-Messapia

8. Municipality of Mantoudi-Limni-Agia Annas

9. Municipality of Kastoria

10. Municipality of Servia – Velventou

11. Municipality of Lokron

12. Region of Central Greece

13. Region of Attica

14. Region of Western Macedonia

Beneficiaries up to the age of 54 can be employed in the following host organizations:

1. Ministry of Environment and Energy as well as Regional Forestry Services in the administrative boundaries of the Regions of Central Greece, Western Macedonia and Attica

2. Public Employment Service

3. Electronic Unified Social Security Agency

4. Region of Attica

5. Region of Central Greece

6. Region of Western Macedonia

7. Administrative Services of University Departments in Kozani and Chalkida

8. Hellenic Geological and Mining Research Authority

9. Bodies of the Ministry of Health such as: i. Livadia General Hospital, ii. Thebes General Hospital, iii. Chalkida General Hospital, iv. Kastoria General Hospital, v. Kameni Vourla Health Center, vi. Amfikleia Health Center, vii. Atalanti Health Center, viii. Aliartou Health Center, ix. Thebes Health Center, x. Livadia Health Center, xi. Schimatari Health Center, xii. Oinophyte Health Center, xiii. Aliveri Health Center, xiv. Psachna Health Center, xv. Mantoudi Health Center, xvi. Argos Orestikos Health Center, xvii. Amyntaio Health Center, xviii. Serbian Health Center.

To participate in the program, the beneficiaries must first register in the digital unemployment register of DYPA and draw up a digital individual action plan in collaboration with the specialized labor counselors of the Employment Promotion Centers (KPA2) of DYPA. They will then submit an application for employment, while they will be able to choose from 1 to 3 positions.
