The 44-year-old started approaching the girl 4 years ago – How he set up the “web” around the minor
The public was shocked and appalled by the news that a 44-year-old man in Colonos raped his son’s 16-year-old girlfriend in an outdoor parking lot for almost 2 months, even threatening the girl to harm her and her father (mother unfortunately there is none), if he ever speaks.
Organized crime – there was an accomplice
According to Theodosis Panos, the 44-year-old’s plan was carefully set up and the story begins 4 years ago. Initially, the accused had approached the girl when she was still 12 years old in a friendly mood, telling her that he would help her make things up with his son again, and then proceeded to threaten and repeatedly rape the now 16-year-old.
In fact, he had made sure to create a fake profile of the child on social media, from which a friend of his was sending messages to the 44-year-old, to make it appear that the minor was sexually approaching him – in fact, these messages were shown to the police when he was arrested.
Finally, the minor girl couldn’t take it anymore and spoke to her father, who immediately went to the police.
The 44-year-old was arrested last Thursday.
The police analyst, Stavros Balaskas, spoke to SKAI about a pedophile, an “abnormal criminal person” and a habitual criminal.
The 44-year-old’s son is shocked and does not want to have any contact with his father.
According to St. Balaska, the authorities are now investigating “if the abuser had also done it to other little girls”.

The timeline of the case
According to the girl’s father’s complaint, the 44-year-old raped his daughter after threats and blackmail in his car on a dirt lot in Athens. In fact, he threatened her that if she spoke he would kill her and her family.
Immediately after the complaint, the 44-year-old was spotted in the early hours of August 22 to 23 passing outside the 16-year-old’s house by car and was immediately put under discreet surveillance by police officers of the Athens Security Sub-Directorate.
The police stopped his vehicle but he tried to escape.
During his arrest, his mobile phone and the car he was traveling in, which is related to the case, were confiscated, while a laptop was confiscated during a search of his home. All of the above confiscated and collected evidence have been sent for laboratory tests.
