Another member of the hooligans is in custody for the Lyggeridis case
One of the leaders of the organized fans of the Olympiakos team who was actively involved in the Lyggeridis case is going to prison, according to the indictment against him.
Initially, the 41-year-old with the nickname “Korydalliotis” who was the head of the Korydallos association and one of the leading figures, overall of the specific group of organized fans, had been released with restrictive conditions, however, as the analyzes in the laboratories continue as well as the taking of witness statements in the main Inquiry, new incriminating evidence emerged against him.
Initially, gunpowder from a flare was found in his hands, while later witness statements followed which, among other things, actively involve him in the cases of extortion against the owners of the canteens surrounding the Karaiskakis stadium, as a result of which the Investigator called him today for a supplementary apology and with the end of this and with the consent of the prosecutor to decide on his pre-trial detention for the case of extortion.
The 41-year-old is now being taken to prison together with the other 19 people who were already remanded in custody for the case out of a total of more than 150 defendants and 70 arrested for the case.
