A horrific incident took place on Wednesday in Volos.

A 25-year-old man with mobility problems was taken to the hospital when he was punched by his neighbor, who even tried to steal items from his father’s car and the 25-year-old wanted to prevent the theft.

The 57-year-old filed a lawsuit against the 38-year-old the same night, and they appeared on Thursday morning before the Single-Member Misdemeanor Court of Volos. The trial was adjourned until Wednesday, September 18, in order to provide a medical opinion document on behalf of the defendant who claims to be taking substances.

The incredible attack

According to the facts, on Wednesday afternoon, the 38-year-old woman who was taken to Autoforo yesterday tried to steal items from the glove box of her 57-year-old neighbor’s car, who had parked it outside his house, with the window open.

The woman was noticed by the owner of the car and his son and ran away cursing. However, she waited for her neighbor to leave the house and when a short time later the 57-year-old left with a friend, she went outside the house and threatened to set fire for his wife and 25-year-old son to burn.

As soon as she saw the 25-year-old, the accused attacked him and punched him. His father returned home and the 38-year-old ran away again, but the young man with mobility problems developed pathological problems from the wood and was taken to the Hospital.
