The program includes targeted professional training and corresponding certification of knowledge and skills of 1,670 employees of private sector enterprises
The Athens Chamber of Commerce has launched the implementation of a program to upgrade the skills of employees and, by extension, improve the services provided by businesses, and therefore their efficiency.
This is the “New Skills of Employees in the Attica Region” program, which is implemented within the framework of the “Attica 2021-2027” Operational Program.
The program includes targeted vocational training and corresponding certification of knowledge and skills of 1,670 employees of private sector companies that have a head office or branch in the Attica Region and self-employed people who do not employ staff with income from an individual service business or freelance profession and are based in the Attica Region.
The actions – actions that will be implemented are briefly the following:
- Provision of professional counseling services (3 individual sessions per beneficiary)
- Provision of continuing professional training services to the beneficiaries (80 hours of synchronous and asynchronous teletraining)
- Certification of the knowledge and skills of the beneficiaries
- Payment of educational allowances (up to 400 euros provided that the beneficiary has completed the training and participated in the certification process).
Please note that only the candidates’ Taxisnet codes will be required to submit the application. The EEA has ensured, through the Interoperability Center (KED) of the Ministry of Digital Governance, the connection with other information systems of public bodies (AADE, EFKA, ERGANI, DYPA, etc.) in order to automatically extract all the necessary information, without to require any action on the part of the respective candidate.
Applications are accepted from today September 9, 2024 until October 11, 2024 at 23:59.
