The tricks of employers

• Non-modification of the hours at ERGANI.
• Virtual card hits. Also, as some trade unionists have stated, many employers and supervisors take staff cards, and punch them themselves as they see fit. This is a flagrant violation.
• Failure to notify of non-operation and re-operation of the system, which incurs a fine.
• Failure to activate the employee’s card incurs a heavy fine of 10,500 euros, which corresponds to an undeclared employee.

The digital work card has already been implemented for 750,000 workers, in supermarkets, insurance companies, security companies and DEKO.

From March 1, 2025, it will begin to be fully implemented for one and a half million workers working in food, tourism and catering.
It will be fully applied to those who work in hotels, accommodation, rooms for rent, camping.
