“Diki SKAI” revealed that the 9th Regular Investigator of Athens Panagiotis Tziouvas is investigating the criminal offense of moral complicity in the murder of the police officer Giorgos Lyggeridis.

The case file contains 28 offenses with the criminal organization at the top.

Three defendants appear in official documents of PAE Olympiacos with the status of SLO ().

I.A., D.M. and A.X. had accreditations to enter the playing field and – as stated in the case file – “this testifies to the direct relationship of the accredited person with the team that grants him the accreditation”.

The investigator finds that these are leading members of the criminal organization that murdered the policeman and at the same time they were also accredited by PAE Olympiacos.

Indeed, in at least two cases “they gave the signal, with voices and characteristic movements of their hands, to the “little ones” of the organization to enter the playing field to cause incidents and a recession in the police forces».

Reference is made to the Olympiakos – AEK match on April 23, 2023, where after the third goal of the away team, home fans caused the match to be stopped by throwing balls onto the pitch.

“The same was done by both the president of PAE Olympiacos Vangelis Marinakis and the vice president Kostas Karapapas“, it is stated in the case file.

It is also pointed out that the accused I.A. signaled the members of the criminal organization, in columns 6 and 7, to enter the playing field and cause incidents against the police.

The second incident occurred four days before the Lyggeridis murder.

In the match between Volos and Olympiakos on December 3, 2023, the accused I.A., after having previously spoken with the vice-president of Olympiakos, gave the signal for the start of the episodes.

In fact, he made sure that the door between the stands and the playing field, where the Olympiacos fans were, was opened to facilitate their entry.

The investigator has been given information from the “ERGANI” system of the Ministry of Labor, based on which, the accused I.A., D.M., T.P., P.K., A.X. and M.X ., are employees either at the official Olympiacos boutique or at the PAE Olympiacos or at the Municipality of Piraeus.

DEMAGNETIZED CALLS NOT COMPLETED!

There are huge gaps in the case file, despite the fact that the interrogation of the 167 arrested accused has been ongoing since last April.

“Trial on SKAI” revealed that the transcripts of the recorded conversations of those involved have not yet been completed, which makes it difficult for the investigator to investigate the moral complicity in the case of the murder.

At the same time, the fact that the investigation by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations is still incomplete, while 20 of the 67 defendants have been remanded in custody, is expected to trigger a new round of additional apologies, for all those who have already apologized, as they will have to take cognizance of the new elements of the case file.
