In front of him Prosecutor of Alexandroupoli presented this morning the six arrested for the complaint of rape of a 5-year-old boy by his peers in a Kindergarten in the city.
These are two kindergarten teachers and four parents, who are accused, on the one hand, of exposing a minor to danger and on the other hand, of neglecting the supervision of a minor.
The case is expected to be heard on Monday at 11 am, while today the Prosecutor lifted their detention.
It is recalled that the father of the 5-year-old boy had reported to the Alexandroupolis Police Department that his child was sexually abused by peers at his kindergarten, during a break.
The police were informed about the incident by doctors of Alexandroupoli hospital. The investigation revealed that the 5-year-old was sexually abused by his classmates during a school break. In the afternoon and while he had returned home, he felt very unwell and was taken by his parents to the hospital.
From the examination of the on-call doctors and then the Medical Examiner, traces consistent with abuse were found. Immediately the doctors informed the police and a child psychologist.
