Sisto: “I spoke with the president and that was enough to come to Mars”

Pione Sisto mentioned his decision to sign for Aris a few months ago.

In his statements at tipsbladet.dkthe 29-year-old ace spoke about his… delayed arrival in Greece by a year, but also about the way the agreement with the “yellows” came about.

“The club really showed interest in me the year I went to Turkey. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out, so I signed for Alanyaspor. It was actually a wish I had, but sometimes things don’t go as you hope. Everything happens for a reason, so it’s very interesting that I’ve come here anyway“, he initially reported.

Regarding his decision to accept Aris’ proposal, he said:I had a lot of options, but the fact that I had spoken to the club the previous year made it easy. I spoke with the president on FaceTime. That was enough. After all, we had talked to each other. I’m so glad it worked out».

At the same time, he spoke about Alanyaspor: “There were certain other priorities and the clubs have lists of who they want. If you can’t get number one and two, then you go for number three.
