The 49-year-old woman, who fatally wounded her 68-year-old husband with a knife in the early hours of Saturday, was sentenced to pre-trial detention with the agreement of the investigator and the prosecutor.
The 49-year-old’s plea lasted for more than 4 hours, with her claiming that she had no intention of killing her husband but was in self-defense.
As she claimed, that night she was violently attacked by the 68-year-old and stabbed him in an attempt to save her life.
The couple’s 11-year-old daughter, who is hosted by a friendly family, is a tragic person, while being monitored daily by a child psychologist.
It is recalled that the prosecutor, to whom the 49-year-old woman was brought on Sunday, prosecuted her for intentional homicide in a calm state of mind, carrying a weapon and using a weapon.
