Police officers of the Security Sub-Directorate proceeded to arrest a 45-year-old man from Voliotis Larisa based on the arrest warrant of the 1st investigator Volos.

The 45-year-old was arrested while… he was about to be released from Larissa Prison after the warrant of the investigator, with which he ordered his arrest and arraignment, for violation of article 337 of the Criminal Code. (Offence of sexual dignity against a minor under the age of three), but also for violation of the Personal Data Act. Data which – according to information from “E” – concern “the sexual life of a person, through processing, transmission and dissemination to non-entitled persons, carried out in succession by a perpetrator whose purpose was to obtain a financial benefit”.

In more detail, the director of the Volos First Instance Prosecutor’s Office prosecuted the 45-year-old, as it is alleged that in 2016, for four years, she videotaped his sexual acts, without the knowledge of his sexual partner. Having installed three security cameras in his house, as well as with his mobile phone, he recorded the sexual contacts, which he initially stored and then posted on websites with erotic content, obtaining a financial benefit. In fact, having created an account (profile) with the name… “Sexjustice” he allegedly posted hundreds of videos of erotic content on various websites detailed in the Arrest Warrant.
