After their apologies, the two men and the woman accused of kidnapping the 41-year-old businessman George Kyparissis are taken to prison.

The three defendants, who started their apologies this morning, are facing a host of crimes, such as kidnapping, extortion, robbery, etc., which according to the indictment against them, concern the activities of a criminal organization that had recommend.

According to the case file, the leader of the organization is said to be one of the two male defendants, 34 years old, who allegedly claimed to have located the businessman from his posts on social media, from which he realized that he was financially strong.

Before the investigator, both the 34-year-old and the other man involved in the case, a 41-year-old man, allegedly admitted their involvement in the abduction of Mr. Kyparissis. On the contrary, their co-accused, 39 years old, seems to have denied what is being attributed to her, claiming that it has nothing to do with the abduction.

Mr. Kyparissis remained in the hands of his captors for 65 days and was released last week, after his relatives paid the perpetrators an amount of 800 thousand euros.
