The Technical Chamber of Greece consistently supports the State, public bodies and public companies in their development efforts and in the implementation of public interest goals. Especially in recent years we try to contribute practically to the development and modernization of the Country, we try to support every effort of the state, public and wider public sector bodies and local societies, in the direction of improving the institutional framework that governs public works and land policies and we undertake the responsibility, with the power offered by the science of our 140 thousand members, to provide specialized technical advice, registers and information systems, to ensure the speed and quality of the execution of studies and engineering projects that, under other circumstances , their implementation would require prohibitive times or would never be implemented. In this context, from the first moment, we accepted the invitation to support GAIAOSE SA, whose upgrading and utilization of real estate will have a positive impact on the Greek economy and society.
Statement Panagiotis Balomenu, Managing Director of GAIAOSE S.A.:
Having full knowledge and awareness of the size, condition and spatial dispersion governing the Company’s real estate portfolio and the necessity that exists for the protection of the real estate and the upgrading of the buildings it includes, with a view to the fastest possible utilization, I formally addressed the Technical Chamber of Greece. The TEE, through its action, has proven that it can effectively support public interest bodies, as the official technical advisor of the state.
The positive response of its President, Georgios Stassinos, whom I thank, allows us to be optimistic that the corporate plan we have formulated will be crowned with success.
Through this cooperation, GAIAOSE will be able to fulfill its goals with greater speed, flexibility and efficiency for the benefit of the Greek State, the development of local societies and the country as a whole, in accordance with its mission.
