Completely denying any connection with the case of the explosion of a powerful bomb in the apartment in Ampelokipi, the 31-year-old who was arrested on Monday, November 18, is being led today for his apology before the investigating officer.

The accused, who has been convicted in the past for robbery and has served his sentence, is facing charges related to his participation in a terrorist organization which was allegedly preparing a bomb attack.

According to the 31-year-old’s lawyers, Lila Ragousi and Nikola Aletra, their client does not know any of the people involved in the explosion in Ampelokipi, while they stress that the only evidence that brings him to court today is part of his fingerprint in a garbage bag that according to with the Police was located inside the apartment where the explosion occurred.

At the same time, they emphasize that since 2019, when he was released from prison, the 31-year-old has not employed or been involved “not even in the least” in any illegal activity.
