Snowfall in the mountains of Macedonia, Epirus, Thrace and western Macedonia – Minimum temperatures in the northern and central continental regions from -03 to 03 degrees
Temperatures in Europe are expected to drop significantly as it descends polar jet stream (windstorm) in central. In this context, Greece will also be affected.
In particular, it is characteristic that in many cities of the country the temperature will start below 10 degrees Celsius, as the “polar air stream”, as its name says, guides cold masses from wintery and snowy northern Europe to our country.
Snowfall will occur in the mountains of Macedonia and Thrace, western Macedonia and the mountains of Epirus.
Saturday 23-11-2024: North northwest winds of up to 8 Beaufort with a tendency to strengthen at night in the southeast Aegean
On the Aegean islands, Evia and Crete, clouds with local rains. Scattered thunderstorms will take place in the islands of the eastern Aegean and the Dodecanese. From the evening the phenomena will weaken. In the rest of the country, local clouds and gradually generally clear weather.
Winds will be north-northwest 6 to 8 Beaufort with a slight weakening in the evening in the west and north. In the southern Aegean they will blow from west directions 6 to 8 Beaufort gradually turning to northerly to 8 Beaufort with a tendency to strengthen at night in the southeast.
OR temperature will drop. It will reach their north 08 to 12 degrees, in the Ionian and the rest of the continent 14 to 18 and in the south 19 to 23 degrees Celsius.
The minimum temperatures will vary in the northern and central continental areas around -03 (minus 3) to 03 degrees Celsius. It is noted that by the evening the drop in temperature will be noticeable throughout the country, when the minimum temperatures will also be noted.

Winds: Northwest 6 to 8 Beaufort, will gradually turn to the north with the same intensity.
Temperature: Up to 19 degrees Celsius. In the north 3 to 4 degrees lower.

Weather: Temporarily increased clouds with local rains that will weaken from the evening.
Winds: In the Cyclades northwesterly 7 to 8 Beaufort and gradually northerly with the same intensity. In Crete west southwest 6 to 7 Beaufort and gradually northerly 7 to 8 Beaufort with a tendency to strengthen at night.
Temperature: Up to 22 degrees Celsius.

Weather: Temporarily increased clouds with local rains and sporadic storms. From the evening the phenomena will weaken.
Winds: Northerly 6 to 7 Beaufort. In the south west southwest 6 to 7 Beaufort and gradually north northwest 7 to 8 Beaufort with a tendency to strengthen at night.
Temperature: In the Dodecanese up to 23 degrees Celsius. In the islands of the eastern Aegean 4 to 5 degrees lower.

The weather will be generally clear on Sunday, with temporary local clouds in the eastern mainland, Evia, the Aegean islands and Crete, where light local rains are likely to occur in the morning hours.
The winds will be north-northeasterly, in the west 3 to 5 Beaufort, in the east 4 to 6 Beaufort and in the Aegean 6 to 8 in the southernmost parts locally 9 Beaufort.
OR temperature will drop significantly across the country. It will reach the central and north up to 09 to 12 and in the rest of the country up to 13 to 15 degrees. In the morning and evening hours in the continental areas there will be frost in places, which in the morning hours in the north will be locally strong.
