With the slogan “Stop now Greece’s involvement in the war in Ukraine, not in the wars of the imperialists” an ongoing student-anti-war rally in the propylaea.
Stadium and University are currently closed.
Traffic problems in Amalia, Panepistimiou, Piraeus and Stadiou.
The Student Associations of Turkish Studies, Teachers, Kindergarten Teachers, Historical-Archaeological EKPA, SET and SETP PADA and the Boarding School NFEEMP are participating in the rally.
In front of the protesters is the police group “Odos”, responsible for the smooth conduct of the march.
The students’ requests are:
- Stop Greece’s involvement in the imperialist war in Ukraine!
- Close now the NATO-US bases used as bases for war.
- No Greek military corps should be sent to Ukraine and other countries bordering it.
- To stop the sending of military supplies and means from Greece.
There will be a march to Syntagma where an anti-war concert is planned.
