Casa Rios

Chef Rodrigo Aguiar prepares a seven-course supper full of Brazilian flavors for R$420. The meal has suggestions such as smoked and roasted black pork tenderloin, accompanied by peach palm puree, cavolo nero and sherry demi-glace and, for dessert, Brazil nut baklava with honey.

Cosí

The Italian restaurant’s menu has four courses, for R$590, or R$830 with sparkling wine and wine pairing. It starts with seafood terrine, followed by recipes such as turkey leg lasagneta with mushrooms, parmesan fonduta and truffle roast sauce.

Emiliano

For the date, chef Vivi Gonçalves presents a tasting menu that begins with a cover of natural fermentation bread and continues with stages such as scallops with pumpkin puree, smoked chicken sausage with saffron and green apple and roast turkey with potatoes, mini carrots and almond farofa. It costs R$720 and customers receive a glass of sparkling wine. On the 25th, the house prepares a Christmas brunch, with four stages, for R$540.

Fogo de Chão

In addition to its traditional carvery, with cuts such as picanha and rib, the steakhouse adds themed recipes for the occasion. For example, chester, tender salad with pineapple, sweet farofa, Greek rice and lentils are served. The all-you-can-eat meal costs R$329 per adult. Drinks and desserts are charged separately.

The menu is complete and harmonized with sparkling wine, white and red wines, beer and non-alcoholic drinks. Supper begins with antipasti, followed by main dishes such as roast suckling pig fillet belly with pumpkin and spinach or rack of lamb with Moroccan couscous. On the 25th, there will be a brunch buffet, with live music. Both cost R$750.

There Casserole

The traditional restaurant prepares a supper with a French accent with two closed menu options, four courses (R$395) or six (R$560), designed by chef Dani França Pinto. The first consists of recipes such as tomato tartare, shrimp cocktail, braised lamb with potato muslin and kale, and yellow fruit panacota with ginger praline and coconut. The second features dishes such as foie gras roulade with roasted grapes and balsamic, haddock with fresh asparagus in champagne sauce with crispy black rice, carrots with mushrooms, potatoes and caramelized shallots, and French brut.

L´Hotel PortoBay

The hotel offers a buffet dinner, in a specially decorated room, accompanied by live music. It costs R$690 and includes water, soft drinks and juices. Try dishes such as cod salad, duck terrine, lobster gravlax, lamb shoulder and cupuaçu mousse pie with white chocolate.

Read – Amici di Amici

Offers a three-course (R$181) or four-course (R$242) Italian-inspired menu for dinner on the 24th and lunch on the 25th. For main dishes, it serves pasta such as seafood lasagna and ricotta pansotti with chips of truffle, and meats such as rabbit cooked with olives and pine nuts. One of the sweets to end the supper is the cannolo with ricotta cream, candied fruits and pistachios.

Loup

In three portions, the supper costs R$525 and includes dishes such as salmon sausage, lamb shoulder with lentil puree and toasted vegetables and blackberry pavlova with red fruit cream. The space will have Christmas decorations on the occasion and, to drink, there is a wine list with 150 labels.

The elegant restaurant combines Italian and French cuisine, which sets the tone for dinner. Among the à la carte recipes are seafood casserole au gratin (R$ 155) and turkey with rice and dried fruits in red wine sauce and cherries (R$ 199). To finish, Fasano panettone with zabaione in port wine (R$ 70).
