They were released, after their apologies to interrogator of Polygyrosall those who apologized today for participating in the circuit of urban planners, which centered on Chalcidice they approved, for a fee, illegal actions and constructions. So far, 12 of the 21 arrested have passed the threshold of the investigative office, with the process continuing tomorrow, when the remaining 9 involved will also be excused.
The 12 defendants who were called to give explanations today, are private individuals and mostly architects, civil engineers and surveyors. As it became known, with the agreement of the investigator and the prosecutor, most of them were released, with restrictive conditions (appearance at the police station and prohibition of exit). In addition, four persons were given bail of 5,000 (two), 50,000 and 60,000 euros.
The largest guarantee was imposed on the accused former mayor (civil engineer) and the next on a relative of the main accused, among the officials involved. All those who have appeared before the investigator so far have denied the acts attributed to them.

All the defendants are prosecuted on a case-by-case basis with the following acts: directing and participating in a criminal organization, bribery, direct assistance in bribery, money laundering and gang.
