“The defendant, according to his usual practice, as it appears from the relevant documents that have been presented to the police and investigative authorities, even in the past tense, did not hesitate to contact our children trying to urge them to hide their experiences, but nor with me, despite the fact that even then a court order had been issued with the restrictive condition of his not approaching me. He would not be hindered, therefore, from repeating his above constant tactic in order to cause me fear and terror and to force me in this way to withdraw even at this moment my charges against him.

With regard to the specific accusation I made against him, I must point out that at the time I was receiving incessant calls on my phone from the accused, there were eyewitnesses present who can corroborate what I said and I wish both myself and my witnesses to appear before me of the judicial authorities to describe everything we experienced. Exhibiting said behavior and always seeking to my it causes fear and terrorthe defendant constantly endangers the fetus I am carrying».

In response to what the accused “Parliament policeman” expressed in the form of a press release, our principal and prosecutor asked us to communicate, also in the form of a press release, the following:

“The defendant, according to his usual practice, as it appears from the relevant documents that have been presented to the police and investigative authorities, even in the past tense, did not hesitate to contact our children trying to urge them to hide their experiences, but not with me either, despite the fact that a court order had been issued at the time with the restrictive condition that he would not approach me. He would not be hindered, therefore, from repeating his above constant tactic in order to cause me fear and terror and to force me in this way to withdraw even at this moment my charges against him. My personal doctor himself, whom I visited after the incident, pointed out to me that I should not be the recipient of such behavior as it endangers the life of the pregnant woman, as was proven today by the public medical document presented before the Autoforous Court. In addition, I have repeated and will repeat it many times that I am at the disposal of the police and judicial authorities in the event that I am found to have committed any illegal act.

I emphasize again that throughout this period of time I was constantly possessed by terror, fear, social insecurity and at the first possible opportunity presented to me, I immediately denounced the illegal acts of the perpetrator in question. When, at the same time, I found that Justice turned against him, I found the courage to denounce his specific unjust act. “Furthermore, IT WOULD BE RIGHT AND SANE FOR BOTH THE ACCUSED AS WELL AS THOSE WHO ADVISE HIM, BEFORE THEY STATE PUBLICLY ABOUT MY POSITIONS AND ABOUT THE ACTIONS I AM TAKING FOR THE CHILDREN, FIRST BEING INFORMED REGARDLESSLY BY THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES WHO HAVE THEIR SUPERVISION and then do it, as they are EXPOSED”. I would like to inform you that yesterday, after receiving relevant approval from the Athens Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office, I visited the structure where my three children are housed and in the presence of child psychologists, I hugged them, kissed them and talked with them. I emphasize that the children constantly wanted me to visit them and talk with them, they do not hold any malice for me, but on the contrary for the accused. The fact that I was given permission by the prosecuting authorities to visit my children, who are fully aware of the case, goes against everything that the other side communicates to third parties in the form of misinformation about me.

Furthermore, regarding the defendant’s description of the “black bag,” the person who reported its transportation was a witness, a close friend of the defendant whom he had transported, and I never “made” it. Since, according to the accused, there is no danger to his person from the contents of the bag, why did he not hand them over to the competent authorities? Also, regarding his claim about the phone, I emphasize that it is a figment of his imagination and I point out that in any case I handed over my mobile phone to the police authorities from the first moment. “AGAIN, IT WOULD BE RIGHT AND RIGHT FOR BOTH THE ACCUSED AS WELL AS THOSE WHO ADVISE HIM TO BE INFORMED BY THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES BEFORE THEY STATE PUBLICLY ABOUT ANYTHING RELEVANT”.

In addition, regarding the third persons in his close family circle who make public statements, I underline that their actions in question are solely the product of their individual will without any intervention of mine, as they now also find the courage to denounce everything that seen and experienced by the accused. Finally, it should be stated that regarding “my life and state before my acquaintance and marriage with the accused” that I met him at the age of 18, it was my first relationship and I became his captive for my whole life.»
