The girl who testified as a witness stated that shortly before 1 at noon on Sunday, while she was alone in a cafe in Velestino and there were no other customers, the accused entered, ordered coffee and paid him.

The accused then allegedly left the cafeteria, sat on the sidewalk and smoked two cigarettes.
The prosecution witness stated that he did not know the accused personally, but only in person, because he had seen him again in the shop where he works.

The 45-year-old, for his part, denied that he had taken his molecule out and claimed that he had tried to take the cigarettes out of his uniform pocket, but because it was wide, the double vest he was wearing might have come out and his belly could be seen a little. The defense attorney stressed that he asked for video footage from the cameras inside the store, but was not given it, because they were not working at the time of the incident.
The defendant’s sister (who is divorced) was also found in court, who testified that her brother has never given such a right before.
The court eventually sentenced him to five months suspended imprisonment, after granting him relief from his previous legal life and the defense attorney said that his client did not intend to appeal the sentence.
