The fine of 40,000 euros imposed by the personal data authority on Anna – Michelle Asimakopoulou last May and others for a leak of personal data from Greeks abroad, will be occupied by the Council of State on 7 February.

All of them had appealed to the CoE seeking to annul the fines imposed on them.
