Dawn and “red” workers were shouting slogans outside the offices of SYRIZA in Koumoundourou demanding the payment of their accruals
SYRIZA, “Dawn” and “Red” workers are again deadlocked, as despite their commitments they have remained unpaid 3 months, while news from the party leadership do not offer optimism.
Video from employee protest:
Dozens of unpaid workers gathered shortly after 11am at the offices of the Labor Inspectorate on Agisilaou, where there was a scheduled appointment with the employer, but it did not come. Then they marched to the offices of SYRIZA in Koumoundourou, where they shouted numerous slogans such as “We keep them strong, not a step back, SYRIZA owe it, I will not give it”, “lies, layoffs, unpaid salaries, they do” SYRIZA ” Red ”and“ dawn ””, and many more.
“We met this morning at the SYRIZA office in Parliament with party President Socrates Famello. In essence, we were not committed to anything. We were told that we will not be paid until a solution was found. Then we came to the scheduled appointment at the Labor Inspectorate (SEA) in which Left Media, the radio employer, did not come. In our opinion, it is a mockery of Left Media and we will of course review the strike and racing actions for the continuation. We are three months “in” wages and eight months in hostage“Said Yiannis Androulidakis, a trade union representative of the R/S of” Red “in ESIEA.
It should be noted that during the gathering, police officers who were in front of Koumoundourou’s offices were ordered to move sideways -according to the workers, so as not to be shown in shots and photos, with the concentrated shouting: “You don’t want to look like Police, but you don’t give one of wages. “
