The Supreme Public Prosecutor recalls the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure that allows for the appointment of an investigator in exceptional cases. So as an active and thoughtful citizen I wonder: in what true democracy is the leader of the executive to intervene in the leader of the judiciary and, of course, appointed by the government, as Mr Mitsotakis did in his letter to the Prosecutor’s Prosecutor. Is it not a direct violation of the principle of the distinction of powers, which is provided for in Article 26 of the Constitution, which pre -empty guarantees the proper functioning of true democracy?

Is it not opposed to the criminal procedure expressed by the criminal law to appoint a specific investigator, where the Prime Minister’s intervention is not provided for the intervention of a change of investigator?
